This SSG Division Wide Congress aims to develop and or enhance the management and leadership knowledge, skills and attitudes of the elected SSG Officers through dynamic plenary sessions, inter-active sessions and enhanced discussions and to provide a venue for sharing best practices in the implementation of the Student Government Program (SGP), unity among SSG Officers and Advisers, and election of Division Federation Officers of SSG in the Division of Surigao del Norte.
